My best capture the flag ever....almost

Map B2b, I joined on bravo, fast look at the score (9-9) so I took m79 and went down to lower passage. At the half way to red base a camper shooted at me with a Barret but fortunatelly he missed. Fast aim, *BANG* and guy's dead. When I was just under alphas base I was attacked by a guy with MP5. I shooted at him with m79 but he dodged it so I took knife and killed him with precise throw. I flew up to get the red flag but I saw 2 reds defending it. I threw 2 granades and killed one of them but the second guy almost killed me. I went down, picked up health pack and box of granades. Again I flew up to the red base, there was still that one guy so I killed him with my m79. I got the flag and run as fast as possible to bravo base. I got there without any problems and when I was just a millimeters from blue flag, scoring and winning the match one alpha sniper jumped out of the lower passage and killed me with Barret shot. He took took the blue flag, returned the red flag, scored and won the match. I thought I'm gonna cry, it was so close...

Haha, I hate it when someone kills you just as you're about to cap.

Just seeing the two flags pratically on top of each other while you're waiting to spawn makes me wanna cry. :P

i had a moment like that the other day....I had the flag which my teamate threw to me right before he died on his way back, and i was right about to score when out of nowhere i got hit with a barret :( i went into free camera, and he was in sniper mode, so he wouldnt have seen me if he was standing up...it made me angry lol

Already proven wrong... JotEmI[PL] was using a m79, which is a one hitter, and was having plenty of fun.

that just happened to me yesterday and i got so pissed since i killed the entire enemy team took their flag and right b4 i scored BAM! dead and the other guy proceeds to score

(when i mean other guy i mean the guy from the other team not on my team)

That has to have happened to everybody at one point in his/her soldat career.  I, however, have done the last second killing often too (meaning i was the guy that killed right before the enemy scored).  It gives you a great sense of accomlishment when you manage to kill the enemy with the one and only chance you are given.  (Sometimes, when I especially dislike the person who has the flag, I purposefully just wait and camp and shoot him right as he's about to score to piss him off.  But the enemy team usually ends up capping anyway :-\)
