I will make weapons, intefaces & graphical stuff with MS Paint or photoshop. Then i will create bot builder, taunt editor and such in REALbasic.

Excuse me, but what's the point of an expansion pack in a multiplayer game if you can't really add new weapons?

@Wally: dude you can't make nexpansion packs for soldat. You could maybe make them if you had the source-code , but that will never happen
