Is soldat gonna lag if u use to much polys?

On slower computers (especially with Smooth Polygons enabled), yeah: a good amount of polygons may cause some lag. Though it is really nothing to worry about as long as you stay below... oh, let's say 500-750 polygons.

Well i have a problem then i got a map with 1750 polys and its not finisht yet
