Hey is there a minimap or something? And who are the admins? Are thay the host? and is there a way to instantly ban hackers?

Nope. It has been suggested a few times before though (here and here).

There is no minimap

The admins are the server hosts and whoever they assign to be admins

The way to ban hackers is by an admin seeing that they're a hacker and banning them.  There are a few automated banners built into the server and some people are starting to write scripts that notice other hackers.  There is no really big autoban system like punkbuster or anything
