Seeing as yours failed, I'll make a weapon mod. Just tell me the ammo of each weapon, and their rate of fire (in rounds/min), and I'll get on it.

edit: off the top of my head. iunno rpm, so i'll go by the numbers in the stat edit page

deagles: 2 rounds, rocket (LAW) ammo, ROF- 120, startup time 10
mp5: 40 rounds normal ammo, ROF- 2
AK: 110 rounds normal ammo, ROF- 7
STEYR: 30 rounds normal ammo, ROF- 15
SPAS: 12 rounds shotgun ammo, ROF- 20
Ruger: 90 rounds normal ammo, ROF- 8
M79: 3 rounds M79 ammo, ROF- 90, startup time 5
Barrett: 5 rounds M79 ammo, ROF- 100
Minimi: 41 rounds normal ammo, ROF- 5
Minigun: 1 round normal ammo, ROF- 3 (1 second reload time)
Socom: 5 rounds shotgun ammo, ROF- 8
LAW: 99 rounds arrows, ROF- 3

knife, flamer, and chainsaw unchanged from what i can tell. if arrows don't work for the LAW go with normal bullets, but normal bullets are invisible for the LAW... so if arrow poer can be weakened, i'd prefer that so i can shange the arrow gfx

X) that's just with the scope... it's s'posta be a joint creation of FN Herstal and STEYR, or what remains of them... i'll take the standard scope off, it looks completely different (shows more of the AUG A3)

system decay: cool, i'll keep that in mind!

just a little update on the sitchey-ation:

no i'm not dead, nor is this mod. i was away for a few days due to a road trip that cut me off from the civilized world (no cell service even). now i am in CA on a different comp- i brought as much soldat stuff over as i could, but i may have forgotten something, which usually happens. also, this comp is CRAP. i don't expect to do much on this comp, so things may go slow for the next few weeks (which is how long i'll be here).

well! i am so sorry for the period of silence... but i am back, and will continue work now. i hope enthusiasm hasn't dropped off.. i got the interface graphics (minus guns) provided by leather jacket, and mister charles is working on a map for the mod. we still need interface guns; i'm tweaking the gun stats more and more. so here's another jump start! i won't let this die by any means.

update: petroglyph interviewed the mod leaders (see first post). also the PMD team released a movie of the coding overhaul done. the effect'll probably be lost unless you've played ground battles in EAW...

I just finished making the weapon mod, and it was perfect, but then Soldat Weapons Editor refused to save it.

well i did get approval for the one weapon, ultimately. the entire mod project has been a little slow itself, we're mostly going through a bunch of legal and technical things with some other parties.

by the way, if anyone here is or knows a good 3-D modeler, let me know. same with website designers.
