i was actually making some demos today. it is not dead! i still need the following things though:

maps (PM me)

gosteks (see first page)

interface guns (see first page)

oh, and here's a list of all weapons designed for project mars. only a few will be used in soldat. if there's one you especially like and think should replace another weapon, let me know. this list of weapons is not current, but has most of them.

if you've got a strong intention to make maps, then PM me and i will give details. i want some parts of the mod to be somewhat surprising.

as for which guns, technically all of them need to be done.Papasurf has declined my request that he do the FTF guns, so i still need someone to do FTF guns, or at least do theirs in the same style as some we already have.

Here's the AUG replacement, drawn from scratch, not resized. It's not my best, but I quite like it.


And now, the shotgun replacement, I really like this one  ;D

Could use some more detail, working on it...

It's really nice, you have the shape down perfectly, all it really need is a bit more detail on the butt, and around the trigger and it'll be looking great.

Wraith! not seen you in a while!

And I agree about the shotgun, it's quite sweet, does need a little blue. as for the OR-1/2S, it could be a little longer, and you have the barrel and barrel shroud up a bit too high. could also use a bit more dimension.

and andro!d, because the HEL shoots 2 rockets at once and is semi-automatic, wheras the AN-35DSA fires only on fully automatic. the law, with more ammo than 1 round, fires on automatic and can only be used when crouched or prone, which is perfect for a dedicated light machinegun. the deagles of course fire 2 rounds at once and are semi automatic.
