Rare- Medium Rare ^_^

Cooking a steak to well done makes even the finer cuts of meat taste like the cheap ones.

I agree, cookie. Especially if you step up and spend the extra money to buy the choice cuts, anything ABOVE medium rare is like wasting money to me.

Yeahhh, that's exactly how I usually feel.  You won't get sick if you buy good steak.

Well done is good enough as long is it isn't that gray.
