Hey, Whats up?
« on: January 03, 2007, 09:45:13 pm »
Hey whats going on? I found this game through a T:AA buddy of mine, Bronco.

As soon as I started playing it I registered it.

For those of you who don't know, T:AA (Tribes: Aerial Assault) is basically SOLDAT, but 3D. I've played it for the past 4 years and it's the only online game I've ever played. It's on PS2, all you guys should go check it out. It's a small community but people still play. Right now for some reason the main webpage is down. (Gamerplug.com)

But anyways, this game kicks ass, and I'll be on a shitload. I haven't played a game this fun in so long.

My name is BlingShyne2, I don't know if theres a friends list or not, but if so, come play and kick the shit out of me so I get better.

Later.

Welcome to the forum, before a mod comes along and moves this, I'm just gonna go ahead any that you've posted this in the wrong section, it belongs in the lounge, since it's not relevant to Soldat.
Happy new year :)

I'm guessing T:AA isn't a free game, right (since the other Tribes games aren't)?

T:2 is the best PC Tribes out there, and it's free. Sierra.com I believe.

Fans of Soldat will instantly fall in love with Tribes. Tribes Vengeance is kind of goofy though.

Made by another developer. Kind of lame. But it's 5 bucks at any game store.

Tribes 2 requires a CD key, and they don't hand those out anymore so technically you can't get Tribes 2 for free anymore. I've heard about T:AA, but never played it....just wasn't that popular was it? Anyways, I played Starsiege: Tribes for a bit, and it was great fun.....

Just a question....what's so goofy about Vengeance? It got good reviews didn't it?

Hello and welcome to the forums.  Glad to hear you like Soldat so much.
Just follow the rules and don't spam or act like a fool, and you can have a good ol time here. ;)

And oh yeah...  Tribes = Fail, Starsiege = FTW
