i find myself dealing with random banning again.

yesterday i was in the EC trenchwar server, and was about to kill a couple reds. i threw a knife, and pulled out my shotgun and fired. i then see the scoreboard, and i make out the message behind it "[=AC(ss)= Lance Corporal] kicked for possible cheat"

i assure once again to the soldat forums i have never hacked or cheated in anything i've ever played, with exception to the campaign in starcraft, but thats irrelevant.

i also am incapable of joining ANY of leo's servers now. once again, i had left for awhile, came back to try one, and it said i was banned.

this issue is starting to really get on my nerves, half the servers i use block me now and im almost afraid to try some of the others for fear of an auto ban.

the summary of my thoughts is "What the hell is going on, im pissed off, im banned from 6 servers! if this keeps up i wont be able to use anything but the deathmatch servers, and ill shoot myself before doing that."

edit: on a final note, i ask that you people either stop using these hack detecting programs, as they obviously dont work, i still see plent of REAL hackers. the programs seem to kick the fair players exclusively.

the other option is to fix the damn things, which there is no excuse to do otherwise. sorry if i come of as offensive, but this is bullshit.

Its obviously a problem with your computer/network; because everyone else is fine. So fix your computer/network problems first then come bitching about how the anti-hack doesn't work.

WHAT THE ****, FINE??????? I'VE BEEN BANNED 10 TIMES FOR HACKING AND I HAVE ALSO NEVER HACKED IN MY LIFE, I AM NOT "Fine", I AM ****ED, I DONT CARE ABOUT MY LANGUAGE, I WANT THE PROBLEM FIXED, I HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM BOMBSKI AND CLIMBHELL WITHIN THE LAST TWO DAYS AND CANNOT PLAY SOLDAT AT ALL BECAUSE OF A STUPID ANTI-HACK PROGRAM THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK CORRECTLY, SO WHEN YOU SAY THAT IT'S "fine" THINK, FOR ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop your bitchin', your getting kicked when you cap because the admins haven't turned off the Anti-Mass-Flag protection.

Ok calm down, first check if there's any software running that requires an internet connection besides Soldat. Yes, this does include Anti-Virus Software that auto updates. I was in an unfortunate situation in which my anti-cirus software led to abanning

i also note its not just me or him, i regularly see a message at the top of the screen that says "blah blah blah kicked for possible cheat"

i rarely see hackers on anything except TW and climb, and the real players can see and kick them easily, unless they have an IP mask which makes banning them by any means useless anyway.

so before you snap at the "over reacting" people who complain, note that, and study the server messages for awhile before you make a sweeping generalization.

i miss slipstream...... damn microsoft.....

edit: i dont have those things running, and before this happened i commonly had web pages, virus scan, and xfire open with no consequence.

NOT EVEN LAG!!!

never had a problem with me, but I have to turn off basically everything save soldat cause my comuter is so slow.

What happened with me is that I had a spyware prog what was constantly connected to the internet, and I kept getting banned, but once I got it taken care of and got meself unbanned all is good now.

oh, big suggestion:
get a nice firewall and dont let anything through to the internet or to you besides soldat while you play!

omg I've got banned from many servers cos' my type of connection *REQ'S* an external program ffs...
and server is "thinking" that I'm cheating <oh well. I dunno that I'm so good XD >

i also get banned for nothing and same with my friends its stupid im sick of it! im banned on good servers too like frag. its getting pretty dumb and should be resolved soemhow

well Ecence it is the anti cheat that is fucked. try to play on TA server ppl gets kicked for possible cheat like hell there, and on a lot of other servers but there they use the vote cheat thingy. waht to do? wait 24 hours...

usually, you run into a game in which two whiners are having a ban war, and the other players are too apathetic and smart to actaully hit there F11-12 keys. I try my best to ignore these wars, because its just a small box on the bottom left of the screen with font you can hardly read anyway.
