Flood Kicking from the U13 Servers

Why do I keep getting flood kicked from the U13 Servers. I play everyday and in a matter of 16 minutes I've been floodkicked. And heres the thing: I dont say anything at all. When i get flood kicked I have yet to use the chat function so can anyone tell me what's going on?

Where are you from/where do you live (country/region)?

I live in Auckland, New Zealand and manage a ping of around 250-266 on most days. I've never gotten anything over 300

I'm guessing it is ping-related.  EnEsCe will probably post here with some more useful information than what I can provide.

Well I can't really help ya much.... The only reason you would get flood kicked other than chat spam would be because your network is sending too many packets to the server per second... This can happen when you have torrent's running, or any other program which whores your network.... Resulting in the packets the Soldat client has queued up to send; being sent in one big burst.
