1 Major reason i love soldat so much is the use of camoflauge. Unlike most online shooters where the use of camoflauge is useless because you show up as a black dot on the horizon (i'm looking at you warrock) I like how you can hide in the sceneries. I just realized how much of an advantage this is on a TW map, especially on battlefield how near the middle bunker (the one on the left side of bridge) one sniper could camoflauge in the bush and be invisible. This is really useful to me as I'm a sniper. Anyone else likethis?

I don't personally do that, often, but yeah...  Trying to hide in other games usally doesnt work out too well...

If I snipe, I usually snipe out in the open, so that way people don't bitch and moan to me about "omg you cheap hider".

I do get that occasionally but it's not like hiding is a really hard skill reserved only for hardcore gamers. Hide yourself before you whine.

yeah that's a good reason to love soldat but i think there's a lot more that are even better!

i'll stop loving soldat if you point me a game where you can dodge a really good m79 shot and then throw a nade, double kill two enemies with that nade while you shoot your ruger and split another guy in two parts, then make a run with the enemy flag having your team mate's backup until he dies with a barret blindshot. then you throw the flag to another team mate when you're about 10 hp and you win the clanwar because your team scored while you were dying with only 2 seconds left to the end of the map. you simply go "OMG YEAH THIS ROCKED!".
of course, all of this listening to your favorite songs without fps loss

and plus, this community rocks xD

Camouflage is great, and it feels more personal as you've made it yourself, testing how good it is against the average bush. Although I don't use it as much now as I'm a Minimier, apart from the odd ambush.

Yeah. I use it a lot in TW, especially in TW battlefield as the whole map is covered in thick grass, it is really easy to hide and blend in. First, take off the helmet, change skin colour to green...

The camouflage is an awesome feature in soldat and I really love it, but if you are alert and don't have a shitty old dark monitor, you can easily spot campers.

But I rarely camp in the same spot for a while. If I play as a sniper I usually camp in the same place for one kill then move to another place and gradually get towards the flag, once i get it I get back to my base as fast as possible.

And I do use camo in TW and R/S etc but I am always on the move. Take my shot move forward or backwards... Usually when they get shot in one spot they expect the camper to stay put and so it is a complete surprise for them when the shot comes from behind rather then in front...
