teams change menu in DM

as in topic,
sometimes when you want become spectator without quiting game would be cool if same menu as in team modes was add to death match,

also /setteam0 # for DM team could become handy
atm person after being moved to spec by admin can't return to game

also i feel need for this command as scripts maker ;)

i don't normally play a dm, the popular mode is ctf and then second is dm, third inf maybe. If it isn't hard to program i would be all for it.
