Any Good CTF east coast servers?

Hi all im from philadelphia, and Ive noticed Im pinging 150-250 on the servers with the active people on them, any good CTF servers central/east that change maps at least every 20-50 minutes or so, I dont like the servers that sit on the same map, though I do like CTF_ash.

My favorite and possibly the most popular are the U13 servers.
They are hosted in Chicago.

I am in Florida and always have a ping of 33 to 80.

im in new jersey, farther away from u13 then you, and i get ping 16-66 (mostly just 33) I would also recommend the !elite servers if you can stand the childishness of some a lot most of the players, they are hosted on u13 also.

You should at least glance at the Fractured Soldat CTF server. I don't know if they're hosted on the east coast, but I'm in Massachusetts, and I got good ping there when I had a DSL connection.
Also, U13 hosts SNAG if you feel like ditching publics for a while.

try soldat://66.111.233.172:65000/ optik's ctf server. It's one of the most lag free servers i play on

All of the servers on this page are hosted by U13.  If you ever want to try other game modes and settings and you get good ping/performance in U13, try these:

Im also from Philly

You saw the Eagles lose? That was BSSSSS

Anyways, try like U13 and DEFFINTLY Elite CTF (Gotta support Spas'y :-*)
