Logo review

I been working on revising an old logo. I my trying a new direction, apart form what I tried before. Let me know if you think this direction is utter crap or it might work.

obviously then need some polish, but as a rough, any of them are ok.

I would go with either the first or third.

I don't know how to connect the software with the name with an image. This is where I have the problem.
