3. You can upload png and jpeg formated picture files witch the attachment procedure (new/edit post -> Additional Options - > Attach.)
4. This is most likely supposed to be in the "Partial Modding" Section.

To be honest. You could put some more effort to it. The flame looks really simple (as you said) and easy to do. And there is nothing else to download.

At least this should be moved into partial modifications.

Next time try harder, please.

You can add pictures by taking the screenshot [preferably saved in .PNG format] and uploading it to an image hosting site such as photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc., then pasting the URL location of the image here between image tags [example below]:
