Why are people not seeing my new map?

Spent a good bit of my Thanksgiving break making a new zombie map based on an old design, and when I go to test a nearly complete version on my server, all I get are people whining they can't see it and voting to change the map. It does seem like a handful can see the map fine, but for whatever reason, the vast majority are not.

Why is this happening? I had another (unfinished) zombie map, Deep Boogie, that I gave up on since people had trouble seeing it as well. I thought the dimensions of the map could be an issue (it's a very large map), but Blue Ninja noted in another post that many climb maps are larger than this, and it's still roughly the same size as my viewing problem free Temple of Boogie.

What gives? Really hoping I can get some answers and fix the problem before I complete the map. As fun and impressive I may think it is, it does me little good if the vast majority can't play it. I've attached some screenshots to give people a sense of what it looks like and the nearly completed map is included as well. I had trouble trying to upload this map over at TMS as well, assuming that problem is related to this one.

There have been plenty of space maps with black star backgrounds without issue. The problem is people saying they can't see anything at all -- no polygons or scenery -- just their character in a void. This is similar to the problem with the other above map. I keep trying to get one of the complainers to take a screenshot and post it, but no one does, so I don't know if they're being serious, just exaggerating, or have some separate monitor problem.

Maybe that's just it then. Still, I've seen people vote on Zombie House to escape this map due to the "can't see" complaints. I really have no idea what's going on it with. I guess I'll just make the next update a bit brighter at the start and see if that quiets the complaints a bit, assuming it's just the dark coloring and not some map bug.

I compiled and it worked fine, I even uploaded it to TMS (delete obviously)
try using my version (I changed 2 things, but maybe just re-compiling would work)

Well, I don't know why, we can only see ourselves above Domino, and we can't see anything when we're on the ground. It's all blocked up with some wierd dark rectangles man.

Finally! Details! Sounds like missing scenery then even though I uploaded it all when I put the map up. I just recopied the scenery files to the server in cause the upload was botched in some way. That could explain it, but then broken scenery links in the map would show the rectangles, but that shouldn't obscure the polygons. Even if the texture didn't load, there should at least be some gray floor to walk on.

It's just the .PMS file. Downloaded it twice, again just now, and it's still just the .PMS file with no sceneries included.
