I bought my code back in 2005
Can I still use it today?

I have tried it a few times and it does not work.

If it wasn't somewhat shared and wasn't "banned" you should be able to use it. (Someone with greater knowledge on this topic correct me if I'm worng)

And how were you trying to register?

I bought my key in 2005 too, maybe even before that. It works just fine.
How exactly does it not work? Are there any error messages?
