Steam Greenlight

I know this was discussed when Greenlight debuted, but have there been any developments since then? Is Soldat any closer to being submitted? Been getting back into the game lately and wouldn't mind seeing more than 10 players at any given time.

Posting it on Greenlight now may be a bad idea, since Soldat is still far from meeting modern indie game standards in terms of sound, graphics and amount of bugs. If it's posted on Greenlight now, it'll probably get a lot of "Not Interested" votes from players who otherwise would've been interested if Soldat was a bit more presentable.

Meh, it made the cut for Game Informer in '05 or '06 and caused an explosion in new players during the ~1.3.1 era, myself included, but I see where you're coming from. Modern gamers are snooty. Am I to assume then that the $100 is not a one time fee and is required again for resubmission, hence the reluctance? It's just sad to see something that was such a big part of my life years ago fade away into obscurity.

There are 350 players online just right now. That's not too bad, now is it?
