What the hell is this??

I have been playing soldat for about a year now, and i have liked it. I recently got this ^^

So, my question..
What the hell is it? I cant play soldat because every time i go into a game it gives me that crap.....

Some of the access violation problems in 1.4.2 are being worked on by MM right now.
