The little woman is better than the little man.

You need to draw bigger though, much bigger.

he means her boobs

^ I figured that. As for actually drawing the characters bigger... I think it's better for me to start smaller.

Thanks for the feedback! =D

That'd be very much welcome =D

mangleds right

you need to make your pictures larger because its easier to add details, edit mistakes and you have less room for error because you don't need to erase a whole leg to fix a foot

Take comic books for example, and I mean real comic books, not these horrid webcomics made by online "artists". I'm talking back in the day.

When they drew them they did it on a large sheet and then once they were painted they'd get scaled down for printing, preserving the detail.

When you draw small you are limitting the amount of detail you can put into it and if you make a mistake it will affect a larger portion.

Learn to draw big but don't concern yourself with details.

1st one is intended to look like a nerd. The shoes/feet are actually quite a problem, they look weird and small.

2nd one, ya, it's mainly the boots that are the problem.

Thanks for the feedback! =D

Sorry for bumping this old thread, but I've got two new ones.

Following the advice I drew bigger, filling most of the A4-sized paper. As usual, I can't scan, so I had to use my handphone >.<

These are the best two I've drawn so far.

Looking better, how long did that chain take?

Not very long, the chains itself was probably within 30 minutes, but that's because I did not bother too much about the proportion of the chain. The whole character for the one with the chain (Kong) is about 3-4 hours at night when I was pretty tired.
