File types allowed for attachments

I suggest to add 7z, pfb and mkv to the list of allowed file types for attachments.

pfb is being used in Polyworks to store prefabs (premade parts) of the map. Basically it's almost the same as pms.

I understand .pfb and .7z, but why mkv? Isn't that a video format? :/

Maybe .doc and .docx too? I had to use pdf the other day which is not so helpful since it cannot be altered...
