If you unprone and prone it does the same thing, so you dont need to click fire. Never had this problem, and I'm a barret wh*** who loves the bullet camera.
A better solution rather than double tap would be to make the camera only follow the bullet while holding down the button, so you can release the key to stop following the camera, or hold it down to see where the bullet goes.
Moving the cursor during bullet cam would instantly cancel it?
Shard, Dusty: You probably never tried sniping on long open maps, especially INF maps.I often had cases when I shoot, watch my bullet fly and then suddenly notice enemies rushing towards me just one screen away. I switch to my LAW and then guess what? I have to waste a few more precious moments to unprone, sit down and only then shoot, because the camera was still busy with the bullet. Yeah, I heard that supposedly tapping a nade or jet button cancels it - tried both, none of them work for me.

It really dont see anything wrong with how it is now.
