Amateur mastering, recorded in our not-very-good-sounding room, live recording (all members at once). It's rather recording of training than real studio recording.

I like a band called Amon Amarth. They're kind of singing about how the ancient god of fire will rise and burn the whole world while wolfs devour the sun and moon. I think that's cool.

I think "flickering" of the sound is a bit too much and ruins the flow a bit. IMO there should be a consistent drone track playing in the background, to maintain some of the flow even through "flickering". Perhaps more tracks and variation in general would help. This is all subjective though.
