I don't know if its just for that picture but work on your posture. Also a trick to keep your arms from getting tired hold closer to the magazine, that also helps you control it better if you lower and raise your weapon during.... whatever you are doing.

Maybe he watched too much action movies or playing massive shooting games.

Now I'm not an expert like Graham, but it IS distinctive that your posture in the picture is bad. If that was a real gun and you pulled your trigger, you would be flat on the ground by lack of balance/sturdiness.
