Halloween party.  Nobody recognized my costume as DOM COBB from INCEPTION (It was a last minute decision...)

The totem would have made it.

IDEA: Have a friend dress up as a train and crash the party.

we had a company halloween party, but the make-up chick who was doing the facepainting didn't quite get when I said that I wanna be mothafukin ghetto yo. pictures may have surfaced over the nets, but i don't recon a camera getting shoved in my face - free whiskey and vodka kicked my teeth in rather well.

Dude, I spent like 2 hours looking for a place that sold spinning tops.  Not a single one.  Then I bought some paperclips to make my own spinning top (there was a nice instructional youtube video), but I drank too much at the pre-party and forgot how to use needlenose pliers.  I managed to sort of make one top, but it was off-balance, and the first time I whipped it out to help people guess my costume, it was crushed in a very awkward shape

urite.  I can't imagine any scenario where facepaint is ghetto, unless you were doin' the Richard Pryor black-dude thing.  Also, free stuff rocks.  I brought a case of homebrew to my party and found about 100 gallons of its friends outside in the cooling zone   In fact, I think the reason the Power Rangers won best costume was 'cos they all showed up with that UV vodka shit in their respective colors.  It was a good idea.  But still, most original, man??

and if you look really closely, you can see that he is holding several gerbils.
