and if you look really closely, you can see that he is holding several gerbils.
i am not sure how many but i'm pretty sure it's in the two to four range.

i think its 3 rats...look closely you can see the third tail ..kinda blurred tho

Yes, I have WAY more packed onto the lower shelf than I should (I think the limit is 50 pounds or something), and that sliver of white you see in the middle is actually a phone book wedged underneath the desk so that the wood doesn't warp too much from the weight.

Do yourself a favor and find a real piano to play, even just once in a while. You'll advance so much faster on a real one, an electric keyboard is no replacement. It's impossible to form a proper relationship between yourself and the instrument.

No one should even consider their electronic piano an exception, even one of the 'super realistic' pianos with thousands of samples at different keystroke velocities. It's not the same thing.

Mistercharles, I have lessons every Saturday, and those are done on a real piano.  It does sound quite a bit better, but I get the three things I really need right now with my digital one: a full keyboard, weighted keys, and velocity sensitive volume.
