I can't see the screenshot zoomed but as I can see I remember - Serial Killers mod...or combination of his mods....and I think there is one more - I dunno how he calls himself (maybe Cobra I guess) ...he had Modern Firearms mod....some his looks like from there - maybe not.

You should delete any inneed things (like Soldat.exe etc.) and reupload it. (no one would download 177mb "mod")

As I'm reading the end of this topic the oldier forumers are really foolish. He told you "X" times he ASKED and got permision - maybe it don't mean he don't have to give credits but he don't know maybe.

As far as I can see the idea of this 'mod' is to make a single simple interface for loading full mods, or parts of them (ie is, just changing gostecks or weapons-gfx/.ini with a large map and bot archive, plus more...

So, put simply its a collection of lots of things, with unique manager program.
