Change Minigun

Hey, maybe next version we should change the minigun to a portable machine gun, just like the law you have to crouch or prone to fire, and maybe make the damage half of the stationary gun.

2. Mini is not going to change. I believe MM said it was his favorite weapon, which just  adds to the fact of it never being changed.
3. If you really do want to play it like that then make a weapon mod and host it on a server.
