I can't agree at all. Because - nobody born skilled and practice makes perfect. Tell me who never readed any tutorial,didn't made anything at all and just  came and beated up a pro ? That's just no real and won't believe even if you tell me a story about it.

And what's the difference when somebody is becoming better after tons of work in fast time and somebody is becoming on the same level of skill with less work ?

Example - In one month, Mr. A makes 50 products and he became on level 5 by the hard and "fast" work.
                In the same time of one month Mr. B makes just 5 and became level 5 too....

Isn't it the same ?

Ok, thats true, but i think all of us can mod, and the only thing i say, is make it great, look at the soldatforums map, was nice and a great idea, i want to do the same.
So, please we can make it really nice, the weapons we have at the moment are really great, and i want a barrett also :P

Maybe the way you put down Arbiter's offer scared the others. I do agree that it needed more shading and that you shouldn't just take it from your old arsenal, but the bar's not that high. I got really scared when I saw your, Henito Kisou's and Lord Frunkamunch's weapons (rest of you, peace ;)) so I finetuned my weapon for some time. Now it looks fitting, but don't zoom it  :P

I think Arbiter's weapon could fit the mod nicely. This is a long project, right?

BTW what are we supposed to do while waiting :S

I just discovered I'm not built for modding, but I thought I'd have a stab anyway.

Here's my attempt at a TAI Nitron from the game Chrome. I know it looks a bit flat, but it's about all I can do, with my lack of experience. (image is slightly blurred due to photobucket turning it into a jpeg.. I'm not sure whether it looks better or worse that way ;D).

Best used as a minimi replacement.



Pack includes weapons-gfx and firing sound.

If that doesn't fit, I'll see if i can whip up a new one within this.. uh, 10 hours, loosely based off this cause I like it..


Edit: Attached the extremely BASIC, first version. Comment on the shape. I'll do the shading and etc later. Man, my scope sucks.

Edit II: Worked on teh scope, shifted back, widened trigger place-y thing.

Edit III: Worked on back, added the spots. Recoloured.

Edit IV: Possible final version. Waiting for comments.

Edit V: Final. Will edit only if I think it should in whichever way.

Edit VI: Attaching sounds, forgotten source.. fire-gfx also, FS. Maybe someone would as to be so kind to make the weap-gfx for it.

Not ten hours. Uh.. from 11 A.M.. had lunch 'bout half an hour and... I finished it in 2,3 hrs or so.

Anyway, maybe someone could make the weap-gfx for it.

I don't think anyone's gonna do the LAW. There's no need for the Bow and Flamer to be edited, IMO.
