I pretty much looked through this entire thread and this is really going to be a great feat! Hopefully when most of it is said and done, you can contact MM and ask the mod program (with some example gun/accessories) to be included with the next version of Soldat!

By the way, how many weapons are you guys planning on so far?

I don't want to see the program on the next soldat version, really, but that's decision of Phil, he can make whatever he wants with the program.

About the weapons I'm planning to do... i don't know, i would like to make a whole modern arsenal, but there are too much weapons, so I'll make the best, and the most used, obviously with the collaboration of the helpers that we have right now

I bet it would work for both versions, if they don't change too much of the Soldat file structure, we would have to wait until it comes out to take a peek.

I think that is 18 or 19 maximum, but i don't think that they will overlap

Little problem, some of the weapon attachments cause the gun to be taller than 20px. Thats 23px right there.

Well if you see, the other weapons will be in similar positions, i mean:

Excepting some weapons like the fn2000 there is a hole in the middle of the weapon and also in the front part right? (something like) So the position is Stock/Handle/---/Magazine/Grips....
the --- is representing that in that part there is not placed anything that falls down, so the weapon, with a bit of luck won't overlap

Please fix muzzle brake and stock [body is too thin behind the grip also]. Not sure about the scope but I've never seen a Barrett scope that has sloped shades like that.

Otherwise, beautiful work! Great idea with the carrying handle position too.

Just the sprite sheets take me hours on end to complete themselves, most of the programming besides the sprite sheet selecting engine is done.

Well, my opinion is that it is good, and try to include more snipers, I.E the M80 or something..
You could also include camos for the weapons, such as Desert, Woodland, Digital etc..

It's easy to suggest cammie for all of them but I think CMA's default set is already a pretty big piece of work so... ah.

Yeah, but if Sky gets bored of life, he could make 3 different camos for each style of gun

That mod is about 'create your weapon' so you modify it and also the .ini, that was the main idea of the program.

The weapons that are coming are:

CheyTac Intervention
Beretta CX4 Storm Carabine
