I think it's possible to have medics by modding weapons.ini and setting damage of a gun (let's say, saw) to a negative value, and turning on friendly fire..

It's also possible to make a script that allows you to pick a class and have skills like healing.. Magic Mod has something like that.

But if you want more than that, i highly doubt there will ever be something. Medics just don't fit into Soldat's fast-paced gameplay.
A server script is the best solution in this case. :/

Is there a special headshot animation? No (will be added in 1.5).

I personally wonder what interesting new features the dedicated server will offer and whether it will be more or less friendly to various OSes than the previous version.

yes, in realistic, but in normal the damages are smae, and there is no HEAD EXPLOSIONS in soldat now...

No, headshots do more in ANY game mode wether it be Realistic or Normal mode.
And the feet ALWAYS receives less damage

There is currently no plans for adding scripting anywhere other than the standalone dedicated server.

I hope Battleye kick for "client not responding" which kicking without reason will be really fixed in upcoming version.

That is because sometime your direct hits sometimes don't register, caused by lag.
