My laptop's LCD is extremely bright, so while the guns look fine on my old CRT, they show a lot of subtle shading flaws on my LCD. For example, scopes all are rather flat [like paper cutouts]. Of course you can't really notice it when it's dark but it gets annoying on the new generation screens >.<

Dude, tell me about it. I was workin' with my old crappy graphic card and It was fuckin' dark. Now I've got new and everything is much more bright. Well, to make it shorter I was in big shock when I saw I was makin' everything so bright which made it look like it's an light source right in front of the weapon. But this is something I can't do anything about because it depends on monitor and settings of user.

Don't know if it looks okay because it's kind of futuristic weapon and I can't really compare it with real counterpart, but hopefuly it's alright as it is.

I think the best you can do is make it shorter, but keep the height

^^^ what do you mean with I already done that ? I know the interface is made long time ago but now it's fully made and released for download, it's a COD4 weapon interface.

By the way it's buggy so I'll have to reupload it but that will come with more weapons from CoD4. Next made is M4 and I'll finish up the G3.

Hello, Sky soon I'll make the Scorpion. Really soon.

Just to let you know about few news. I'm hardly workin' on the CoD4 mod. Sadlty I still don't have most of the sounds so the progress is just slow and I'm afraid it won't be fully released. Never. But from what I've got I'll try to make at least one full mod.

Next I tryed to make a easter egg mod but I little failed because of lack for ideas so I just made a colored egg.

Dunno what to do with it. The main idea was to make a nade as easter egg. Hehe...

On the other hand I'm gatherin' the best sounds I can find so I'll release a full conversion for sounds. At least I'll try to change all of them. Maybe even with a pack of weapons like conversion of original soldat. As I wanted a long time ago a mod called Soldat Upgraded, but I saw many mods like that were made so I gave up, but the sounds are main goal so I'll focus mostly on that. I already got few funky sounds which are really sexy in my humble opinion.

Next I'll post some screens about the Call of Duty 4 mod because I don't know why but I always fail at makin' those freakin' little weapons-gfx, they just suck imo.

Greetz and I need some constructive critism, help and fresh ideas.

EDIT: Sky, here is your Scorpion. The weapons-gfx are kind of weird but I tryed harder than I was doin' 'til now so I hope it will be at least normaly lookin'. I have no Idea how to make those bloody weapons-gfx nicely.

Anyway, soon I'll update the 1st page with some weapons because it's too long without update.

For more Info I've got some more sounds for the Sound mod which is getting along really nicely. I'm satisfied with the quality of the sounds and I personaly love the headchop sound which is sexy gore everytime I hear it I almost jizz in my pants.

EDIT²: I just attached the sound, headchop. Download and after that just copy it into Soldat\sfx and replace the original one. Make backup in case you wouldn't like it. Enjoy !

EDIT³: 1st page updated with 5 guns from Call of Duty 4 mod, fully modded ! ENJOY !

Still workin' so I would be glad for some testing and discussion. Mainly tips for fixin' and update. I want to focus more on the weapons-gfx. By the way the Barrett is updated because the Interface picture got buggy. Crapped some pixels.

Hell, I almost forgot about that one. I remember somebody send me PM so he's usin' my interfaces, he got the sounds and he'll make the weapons-gfx.

I'll try to make that one as well. =) Not all weapons finished tho. I'll have a lot of work damn it.
