Hello.

I need some help, please tell me your opinions about cursors and with which is the best to aim, I mean with ruger mainly.

Post your favorite cursors, your made cursors or give me advices and tips what should the perfect cursor (for aim) look like.

Oh i think that the best one is one that made blackdevil on Crysis mod, later i'll post it

EDIT: BTW, the best cursor is the one that is simple and efective, there are some ones that they are too complex and strange, so they don't look good.

I ever liked noral cross or dots with glows

The cursor from Soldat Enhanced v2 of course.

Not only is it pleasing to the eye but it is also very functional and properly allows you to judge where the bullet will go.

It's also my favourite cursor.

It doesn't look great on this blue background but Try it in game and fall in love with it. It uses varying levels of transparency and shade.

Heh, Mang I like the SE cursor it's the best I've seen yet!

But how exactly does a better cursor help with aiming anyway? >.^

Mangled : Thanks for sharing, actually I like your cursor a lot. Reminds me for the default one but with riped (cuted) those enges off.

Every player has his own individual way of aiming ; some use sniper line to guide them, some don't for instance. The crosshair helps because of the user's preference (on whether he likes the crosshair or not) and his visual ability for aiming. I find it easier to aim with my own personal crosshair (a simple crosshair done by bmp which looks like a + with a red dot in the middle) than the default crosshair, because I happen to use the lines that are around the middle dot to help me aim.

Mine's under the attachment (just to show you), and you'd see what I mean when I said the above.

Yep, Mangled's cursor looks nice, it may just suit you for a Ruger-user.

If you need the cursor to aim...

If your constantly focusing on your cursor, you will not be able to survive very long due to the fact your contributing all of your focus on the cursor and not your surroundings. It doesn't really matter what type of cursor you use, it isn't going to improve your aim. If you need help with your ruger aim, you should spend some time in the !elite snipe & slice server and learn to rush with a barrett, then your ruger aim will be uncanny, no matter which cursor you use.

So, its not really a choice of cursor, but a matter of ability.

i agree ....better stay on your default cursor and learn with it

Is there a site where u can download soldat cursors? or is it just regular cursor.com or something like that?Â Also didn't know it depends alot on the cursor to become better

Because it's beautiful and eye-pleasing rather than ugly and distracting. Your mind is at ease with the aesthetic quality of it and so allows you to concentrate more on aiming.

My bro plays whit 1 blue pixel dot. Hes a barretard i dont know how he keeps track of it but hes very good. He isnt using sniperline.

Made this to be most visible for spass. You pay attention what your opponent is doing and at the same time you can see the cursor.
