There should be somewhere blood mod with many colors of blood. Really cool one. And now with two separated teams you can make one team with for example green blood and the second blue.
Sadly I don't remember where it was and I guess I don't have it on HDD

Not to sound big headed or anything, but I believe the most realistic blood I've seen is in my mod, Soldat Enhanced (v2), in which I used transparency effects to achieve a more realistic and pixel-less appearence.
