lost registration

I purchased soldat last year and have since formatted my computer.  I sent emails to mike with no response, any ideas?  I would think if you paid for it you should have a way to get the information you need any time you want.

Sorry for the bump, but MM has been busy lately with other projects.  If you keep emailing him, he'll eventually respond and provide with what you requested.

Hi... i have Regist the soldat 2004-05 now many years older i have start to play again but i dont have it in my mail server becuse they have clean everything once... what should i do? Can i get a new if i contact someone?

if that is a disclaimer then i would not have purchased the game in the first place.  Lose your email and you cant play full version anymore, what kind of support is that.  I could get the bank statement that has the proof of purchase, but Im sure he has the purchase info, he just wont respond with the activation.  (sent 2 emails now, 30 days)

it's been a couple months with no reply, this is pretty disheartening.  He cry's for us to support him and then he shows zero support back at us.  Why not just say a 5$ charge to get your old serial number back, why is it so hard to send an email again with a registered version, or just respond and say he cannot send you another serial number.  Ive ran a lawn business now for 5 years and I think Mike has a few things to learn about the business aspect of running this game.  This game is very fun, but i am just bitter when i think about playing now, **** this.

Got a proof for the purchase and my key, but it won't work anymore.
