F12, why wasn't this idea added earlier? If you are actually holding the grenade ready to throw why wouldn't it blow up wherever it had been left.

2nd-ed, or least make it so dead people can't chuck nades into their killer's faces every time  :o. Maybe 50% throw power of how power you would have thrown when you died (hope thats understandable).

In case of COD's martyrdom - you don't need to make any effort. As long as you have grenade - it detonates whether you were going to throw it or not.
And in case discussed here you actually have to die while throwing grenade, which doesn't happen that often.
