depending where you live, i'd say most people say america, and americans would say iran/iraq/afganistan etc..

i hate France. the language pisses me off, and most of the country is based on WW2 crap and old stuff, and it's supposed to be 'all classy' with their wine,etc,..

I'm gonna be bold and say ~~America~~ The US. I mean, the third world isn't exactly fond of you guys. But I think China is probably not too well liked either, considering their humanity views. Also, around a billion Indians hate Pakistan currently, also not a real shining friendship state.

However, defining the most hated country by the number of individuals hating it is one thing, boring too. But deciding the most hatable one, that could be a sparkling conversation.
