Everything here is not in order:

Ever since the discovery of electricity, the greatest inventions would come about, namely the light bulb, the computer, the radio, the phone, production of stuff like fuel etc.

Most wonderful inventions/discoveries that are not related to electricity:
1) Wheel
2) Paper, which would lead us to also create other writing materials.
3) Music (you can create wonderful music even without electricity)
4) Weapons and Armour (I'm not kidding)
5) Ships/boats (sure, we can swim, but how are we going to transport stuff over by sea?)
6) Money (we can't possibly be relying on barter trade for every single item right?)

1. Internet

2) Tools (Although it could be argued that other species did it first.)

I don't think this thread is limited to human inventions. My interpretation of love is probably different since most people have an unique view on it. Language was invented whenever it came about. And thought was invented the moment a thought was thought about/observed.

Worst things however:
War, bio-weapons, bombs, nuclear\atomic power...(More here)
