Maybe you could make small ones, and tactical doesen't means that you cannot see where you are being attacked

No in short this makes the game a lot harder

Not going to happen, you could add your own bullets if you'd please, but it would just spoil the fun.

tactical doesn't means that you cannot see where you are being attacked

as mentioned earlier, the loud bullet flybys compensate for that, meaning you have to listen to the sounds. In tactical games, you need to find your source of that problem and solve it using alternative means(LISTEN to the sound instead of tracking tracers from the shooter.). And that is exactly what my style of modding closely follows.
