Don't replace your textures folder with the one in this download, it's missing the Objects subdirectory (if you do, you'll have to re-download them, or you wont be able to see the flag or any pickup boxes, you can still see the flag stick though)
Anyway, why not replace the textures folder? It wouldn't overwrite the sub directories. It just updates the specific files within w/e folder your copying files into.
[edit]I enabled antialiasing, i even enabled custom AAx4 on the nvidia panel, yet it still looks 'blinky and blurry' :S what am i doing wrong?

Do you play on fullscreen? You might consider using the textures only (and default /edges/) OR get /edges/ from cell-shaded mod (they are 1 px higher, should not cause rendering problems even without antialiasing).
