I'm trying to make my Gostek have short sleeves. How do i do that? Do I modify reka.bmp?

Edit: I've tried it, but I don't know what colours would match the skin colour in Soldat.

well, technically yes, you do need to edit reka.bmp

you might want to use the colour dropper tool, to pick the colours from the head itself. think of the head- morda.bmp as your skin colour palette. Also note, reka.bmp DOES NOT allow any colour changes. all it shows is lime green, white , grey and black. You might want to create a new bmp file under the same name, so as to bypass the colour lock feature.

scout, the restriction comes with 16 colors bitmaps. Save it as a 24bit bmp and it will be fine.

but, its more sensible to create a new '24 bitmap instead of saving the '16 as a '24. but yeah, never really realized XD
