I took an expirement at Soldat TW (Leo's tw).

Ok, TKing is really annoying and can sometimes pisses one off so much that they TK you. TKing is never ok. It'll screw your team up in defense and offense especially in TW when you need to push. So to say never experiment or you could be given a ban.

situation with TKing in soldat is critical
i saw many times like one (or two) retard(-s) started to kill his teammates at the spawn and HE WASNT EVEN KICKED.
Everybody have just left the server. Thats what im talking about.

Oh boy... I'm different from you guys?

Well, people usually give TK people ban points. Besides, when it almost reaches the limit, it stops. It's both a great way to piss off your team mate who dissed you.

Teamkilling is ... fuck I hate it. The thing is: there are soooo many noobs on trenchwars that fire a LAW from behind your ass and hit you. They don´t have a minimap and don´t see you are there / see you and aim for you / see you and can´t aim on enemys. I usually give those a banpoint for blindfiring with the LAW ...

I would remove !3 since it has no real effect ...

I hate how you forgive your teammates for accidentally TKing you multiple times, only to have some moron run over your nade clearly out of his own fault and have him do !2.

!3 is very useful, I actually prefer it. Instead of hurting your team by killing 2 of your teammates (including yourself) you can simply just add a ban point.

It would be better to remove the TKing scripts all together, but the public community is usually not mature enough to be trusted with that. We all know how chaotic it would be without any penalty. ::)

TKing gets REALLY annoying on TW servers. Especially when I am successfully rushing the other team.

And remember kids, in realistic without ff, aim the nades for the head.
Last year, I dreamt I was pissing at a restroom, but I missed the urinal and my penis exploded.

There is no "why the fuck did you test this in a public server option."

Purposeful teamkilling is for people with no friends. Teamkilling as a feature lowers (or should) random spraying.

I think the current banpoint system is fine, but here are a few extra ideas:
~ banpoints could be assigned automatically (I know some servers already use that system).
~ 1 banpoint can be removed after player gets certain # of kills/assists/whatever.
~ have some sort of damage log script, that tracks how much damage a player does to his teammates, comparing to damage he does to enemies. Maybe even make it a "team damage per minute" or something like that.

There are many things that need to be considered - like not letting TKer do enough damage to the team before getting kicked (some WANT to get kicked because they find it boring to leave the server the normal way), but at the same time leave enough room for accidental TKs.

But TKers aren't the only problem. The big part of the problem are those noobs many of you mentioned - those that catch your shots and then giving YOU banpoints. And for that I can't think of anything except watching your shots and votekicking. :/

Not very serious options so I didn't vote.
I guess I don't think teamplay is fun, and that's one of the reasons why I don't play realistic.
I don't see why you are screaming 'put an end to this' when you can simply turn off FF.
Play in other servers man.

Well, I don't see the point of Friendly Fire. I suppose it is to make it more "realistic", but it doesn't help a lot and it makes the match more annoying in my opinion.

Things like boosting your teammates with a rocket up their anus or simply shooting them with spas won't work, which is a big difference. It just adds more challenge to the game, because you not only need to kill your enemies, but also wach your fire so you don't hurt your teammates. Some people find it annoying, but some people really like it.

Not really, when a person doesn't really care about the vote - he votes whatever he finds the funniest. Or maybe many of those noobs just happen to visit these forums.

p.s. glad you liked my idea :P

It's also easy to just take the choice that is on the top of a list of rather stupid alternatives. So when you make a vote like that you can't rely 100% on the result.
