From what I heard, Stranglehold has very similar style and gameplay, but I haven't actually played it myself.

I've played both, and take my advice on this, DO NOT ruin your MP experience playing Stranglehold...

No, it dont work...you just need to download some skin packs from garrysmod.org...these models will work even if you dont have L4D2...but...voices r not included! MWAHAHAHA! >:C

Where did you get that jacket? Saving Megaton is way better whether your being good or evil. Place to stay aswell as supplies. Tenpenny tower sucks ass. I am evil, so I compensated for saving megaton by killing everyone in there, then letting the ghouls in ,then killing all of them.
