[feedback] Anti Multi-Post Quick Reply option

So...when we post a message we will can edit it fast with Quick Reply window...look at teh example:

A normal post.

*writing something in quick reply window*

A normal post.
something
"last edit: blah, blah, blah"

This will prevent multiposts! I'll be glad this will be approved!

F12 to this. I find it a hassle to constantly keep editing my posts and stuff like that. Having a feature like this would certainly make posting easier for us. Im also suupporting the fact that double posts will be resolved by this manner.

We actually used to have a thing just like this a while back. The upgrade to this newer version of SMF kicked it though.

How much of a problem is this really? Besides, this only works if you wanna add something to a post, and not if you wanna change the content of one.

The only upside I can see to this is the elimination of double posting, which isn't really that big a deal.

That was an SMF mod that's incompatible with SMF 2.0+

it'd be easier to just find a similar mod that's compatible, as manually updating that old mod would probably entail my complete rewriting it, for which I lack time.

This new feature would only stop people from doubleposting but won´t make posting easier / editing a post. F12 anyway.
