If I didn't know about the sex change, and there weren't any obvious indicators (like a weird voice, etc.), I'd probably hang out with her.  However, once I found out, there would be that involuntary shudder every time I thought about it.  It has the inherent creepiness of "this person, while still human, has corrupted what they once were."  It's like seeing a dead person, or a robot with human skin.  I'd say the uncanny valley is in full effect here.

Guys. This is a thing of heart. If he/she feels like he or she wants to be guy or girl and reaches a level of sexchange that it´s not obvious you can´t talk like that.
