Weapons menu and F keys suggestion

1. Could we have the enable/disable weapon menu key work even when you are alive and not only when you are dead? Its rather annoying to try to make it show/hide with very short respawn times.

2. Customizable F keys: would be cool if i could change for example the F1 to show scoreboard to TAB key (closer to WASD keys) then move the weapon menu key to somewhere else too obviously. Same for probably all the other F key functions but I can't think of why any would want to change the others anyways it's still handy to be able to change that.

F12. I hate spawning with a random gun for some reason...

F keys? I like the idea of making them usable with other buttons.

sometimes I have to hit the TAB keys constently for it to show up haha

F12 to both suggestions.

I'd really like to get rid of those music control keys and assign something else to them. Weapon stats, for example? Instead of pressing F1+F2 you could just assign it to F3 or something.

I'd change F12 to F11 and F11 to F12, so that I can say F11 to this idea to mean yes and screw with people's minds! :D

They must be changeable because my keyboard doesn't support F11, F12. ( It's a brandnew keyboard, yeah ) And i need to plug another keyboard next to me. F12 :3
