'Soldat' skin for Steam

Sup dawg I heard you like Soldattm so I put Soldattm in your Steamtm so you can Soldattm while you Steamtm!
Download and extract to your steam folder (usually C:\Program Files\Steam)
version 07b (seen on Screen) uses Soldat font Bank Gothic, so you need to copy it from your Soldat folder to Windows\Fonts
To do list:
- fix buttons
- fix icons

Yo dawg, I heard you made a soldat skin for steam, so I can enjoy soldat while enjoying soldat.

yay now I can be reminded of Soldat when I go to play TF2... which already reminds me of Soldat a lot.

It looks so much like Soldat that for a second I thought it IS Soldat (I wish it was :( ).
Great job (even though I don't use Steam).
