anyone can do a script that you can have:
Exp
lvl
a save/load system
you hit more at each lvl


if anyone do that , that will be very gentle for me and for all guys want a script like that for his server ! that will be very appreciate

There already are scripts that have those kinds of things. Just search for them and tweak them the way you want.
Nobody's going to write a whole new script just for you. :/
