Except jetfire.bmp, i think there are used lilsmoke.bmp and smoke.bmp, but just as smaller particles that go on the sides, not the main jet stream.

hes probably refering to the jet boot flames. if he is then, its in the gostek-gfx folder under lecistopa.bmp

I think he is looking of the ANIMATION not graphic.
