adding something new

we'll this came up into my mind... since soldat existed and upgraded until 1.5.0
the weapons are just the same how bout' adding some more ::)

No. Adding more weapons wil just increase the problems. Current weapons are all we need.

adding weps will have problems on balancing...but if the current developers of this game

will abandon this ...then im looking forward to newones and also looking forward on new stuffs

New weapons never were in discussion and it's on the 'Don't-Suggest'-list that you should read maybe.

M79/Barrett = broken

If you don't remember there was a weapon change some time ago...
Steyer was actualy an M4..
Why change something that is perfect already?
Or you want lasers and heat seeking missles? That's jsut dumb T_T

Nobody's talking about anything extreme like that. But there are things that could spice up Soldat arsenal. "Don't fix what's not broken" isn't the best course of things. There's always room for improvement, so with enough care even things that are already good can become even better.

But anyway..

No new weapons will be added, modding is there for a reason.

Not only is this in the wrong section, but weapons are listed in the DO NOT SUGGEST list. No new wepenz or vehicluz.

And there have been these huge gaps in Soldat releases ever since 1.2 came out. Heck, back then 1.1.5+fix -> 1.2 patch felt like eternity(August-January, iirc).

Oh, and destroying/harming other people's intellectual property IS a crime.
